You retain full ownership of the quiz content you create. By saving it on QuizForge you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not claim any ownership rights in your content.

Limitation of liability
QuizForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall QuizForge, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
